We always need volunteers to help handle our dogs at adoption events! 

Volunteers walk the dogs around and help show off just how amazing they are to potential adopters.

It’s a fun way to help rescue dogs and spend time with some amazing pups.

Walking a dog is an invaluable contribution to our rescue and makes a HUGE difference for the dogs. Regular walks provide them with much needed exercise, mental stimulation, and one-on-one human interaction, all of which help keep them happy, healthy, and engaged. Even a simple sniff walk can mean the world to them!

Whether it's a few times a week, once a week or monthly, we appreciate any time you can give, even if it's just once!

Take a dog out for a day! Whether it's a few hours or the whole day.

Give a pup a break from their daily routine by taking them for a walk in the park, hike on your favorite trail, spend the day on the couch snuggling or just explore the world together.

We provide everything!

-Leash, Collar, Harness

-Treats, Water Bowl & Poop Bags

-No dog parks or meeting other animals

-Must stay on leash unless in your home or fenced yard

Help get dogs where they need to go! 

Transport volunteers are a huge part of rescue. Without rides, dogs can’t get to vet appointments, foster homes, or adoption events.

When transport help is needed, we’ll reach out to our transport volunteer list. 

Transport requests are typically:

• Dropping off or picking up a pup for a vet/surgery appointment

• Getting a dog to their foster home

• Driving supplies where they’re needed

• Driving dogs to/from adoption events

Even helping with one trip once in a while makes a big difference for our dogs.
